Advisement Centers
Erie Community College’s Advisement Centers offer students a one-stop resource for gaining access to necessary information on career choices and course selection. Advisement is based on a holistic assessment of the student’s background, basic skills, vocational goals, and personal interests.
Advisement Centers on each campus are staffed by student service professionals, faculty non-teaching technical professionals, and students. As well as providing general advisement services to all ECC students, Advisement Centers also house specialized advisement programs, such as the ACCESS program.
The ACCESS program provides advice and assistance to adult students, helping them to achieve their educational goals, as well as aiding them in making a successful transition into the workplace.
All students are encouraged to call or stop by any center before registration to receive advice and assistance in course selection.
