Exploring Careers: Continuing Education

Erie Community College - Western New York's leader in Workforce Development, has developed a number of short-term skills certificate of completion programs. The curriculum modules were designed from credit-bearing courses currently offered as required courses in a number of associate degree programs. The credit course modules provide short-term education and training to individuals interested in obtaining entry-level job skills in a variety of high demand occupations. Tuition assistance is available for those who qualify.

Upon successful completion of the short-term curriculum module, students will obtain sufficient skills and knowledge to pursue entry-level employment. They will also be prepared to return to the college for further career advancement. All credit hours earned by completing the courses identified in the short-term education and training curriculum modules are transferable toward certificate and degree programs at Erie Community College.
